Extreme Shipping Delays:
**Due to COVID-19, shipping fees have been increased worldwide, we now have to reflect this in our prices.**
At Dash Home, our products ship in different ways. Some of our products, we manufacturer ourselves and they ship directly from our Amazon warehouse. We typically ship same day, with standard shipping taking about 3-5 days. With COVID-19, we are seeing our shipments from our Amazon be delayed up to a week, taking up to 10-14 days for delivery.
As for other products, these ship direct from manufacturer overseas and typically we see shipping times of 14-25 days. With COVID-19, all international flights have been canceled (how over 50% of US Mail is normally shipped) and International Shipping is extremely overwhelmed. We are seeing items be delivered in a MINIMUM of 30 days, some suppliers are stating to expect 6-10 weeks delivery. We want you to know we are working daily to improve this, but much of this is out of our control and caused by flights being cancelled, there is simply not enough capacity for international packages to ship at this time. This is a temporary problem however, and delays will be caught up once the economy slowly begins to start up.
